A medvehagyma pesztót már régóta kinéztem magamnak, mert tökéletes tartósítási módja ennek a rövid szezonú növénynek. Ki is próbáltam, rém egyszerűen elkészíthető és ha már készítettem egy adagot, megsütöttem csirkemellre kenve. Szerintetek milyen volt?...Naná, hogy mennyei!
Hozzávalók:
2 db csirkemell filé megtisztítva, hosszában vékonyra szelve
só, bors
a medvehagyma pesztóhoz:
1 nagy csokor medvehagyma szárától megfosztva
bors
olíva olaj
(fenyőmag - nálam kimaradt)
A csirkemellet sóztam, borsoztam. A medvehagymát turmixgép poharába tépkedtem és az olajjal összeturmixoltam, majd borsoztam. Ezzel kentem meg a húst (a gyerekeknek szánt húst sajttal szórtam le).
Forró sütőben puhára sütöttem. Remekül illik hozzá a köpenyben sült töltött gombánál bemutatott gombaszósz.
Elhiszem hogy finom volt! A medvehagyma tartósítása igazán jó ötlet :-)
